Anxiety
Most of us experience anxiety at times, but when worry begins to feel constant or overwhelming, it can have a significant impact on daily life. Anxiety can affect our thoughts, emotions and physical wellbeing, leading to racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, sleep problems, panic, or a sense that something bad might happen. It may affect our confidence, relationships, work or ability to enjoy everyday life.
Therapy provides a supportive space to understand what may be contributing to anxiety and how it affects us personally. Together, we can explore patterns of thinking, identify triggers and develop practical ways of managing anxious feelings. Therapy may include learning coping strategies, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, or exploring the experiences that may lie beneath anxiety, helping us feel calmer, more confident and better able to navigate life's challenges.
