I appreciate you pausing here
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people or their families but can support anyone to live more comfortably with feelings of discomfort, overwhelm/burn out, confusion, stress, anxiety/panic or hopelessness.
I’m a parent of school-age children so understand how tough some stages can be on everyone.
I offer back and forth discussion, laughter and celebration of positives, with no painful silences. I work collaboratively to share power, exploring situations and feelings with you. I aim to offer you a safe, negotiated space where you can be your authentic self. I will be non-judgemental, calm and open to all that you are experiencing or have experienced.
I know how hard it can be to take that first step towards asking for help and that there may be many barriers to change. I trust in your capacity to know what’s right for you and will never tell you what to do. You are the expert on your life but we all need someone alongside us. Please reach out if you’re ready to build a meaningful therapeutic partnership.
Online (negotiable days/times). In-person sessions on Saturday afternoons between 12 noon and 4pm. Other times/days may be negotiable.
I specialize in ADHD, Autism and Anxiety

Individual one-on-one therapy
My practice is person-centred, neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist and anti-oppressive. I adhere to the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice (2019) and the SPTI Ethical Framework (2025). I am registered with the ICO to securely hold personal data.
I aim to be congruent while being empathic and communicating my unconditional positive regard for you. We will agree to adjustments to the therapy to suit your preferences and ensure your comfort. I work to hold power collaboratively with you, not over you. I consider you the expert on your life and trust you know best what you need, even if this is subconscious knowledge outside your awareness
A typical session is co-created - we collaborate to explore what is present and most pressing for you. We can set goals or I can offer you a space for weekly offloading, exploration, tears, anger, holding or containment. I am empathetic and will communicate clearly that I unconditionally accept all parts of you, however you may feel about yourself. Most clients notice changes within 3-6 months.
My research projects focussed on how autistic clients experience verbalised/non-verbalised unconditional positive regard, and mutuality, collaboration and "double empathy" with an AuDHD client.
