Fausta is a qualified massage therapist with VTCT Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications, fully insured, and experienced in providing therapeutic massage within both spa and clinical wellbeing settings.

She offers personalised treatments that are tailored to each individual, recognising that everybody is different and that no two sessions should be the same. Her approach combines effective hands-on techniques with a calm, supportive environment to help clients feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for throughout their treatment.

Fausta specialises in Deep tissue massage and Pregnancy massage, also Indian head massage and a Swedish Massage helping clients reduce muscular tension, ease aches and pains, improve mobility and manage the physical effects of everyday life. She frequently works with people experiencing neck and shoulder tension, lower back discomfort, postural strain and stress, including busy parents and those who spend long hours at a desk.
