Services for children and teenagers
Growing up can be challenging. Children and teenagers face many pressures as they navigate school, friendships, family relationships and the changes that come with growing up. Sometimes these experiences can feel overwhelming and difficult to manage alone.
Young people may experience anxiety, low mood, anger, low self-esteem, grief, difficulties with friendships or challenges at school. Often these feelings can affect behaviour, relationships and confidence, leaving them feeling stuck or misunderstood.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where children and teenagers can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, young people can develop greater understanding of themselves, build resilience and find new ways of coping with life's challenges.
Therapists work at a pace that feels comfortable, helping children and teenagers feel heard, understood and supported as they grow.
